We human are advanced in mental activities and enjoying the freedom of ability to choose. This ability to choose sometimes pushes us to wrong direction and we become the victim of our choice such as cigarettes smoking, regular alcohol consumption, irregular sleeping and eating and so many other habits. In the beginning there seems excitement and thrilling feeling and when this becomes the habit, it creates headaches, and we start to regret or try to avoid in our day to day lives but which is not easy to leave or quit.

So, when we feel very uncomfortable with our day-to-day habit such as chain smoking, regular drinking of alcohol and so on, we try with different ways available in the market. It is true that nothing is applicable to entire human society. Some method is good for one group of people while others are good for other groups.

Since, I have gone through a chain-smoking habit for almost 15 years, I tried many methods and medications but couldn’t do so easily. Finally, I applied some psychological research findings and successfully gave up and I wrote my stories how I gave up smoking and other unwanted habit.
